Description: NOC Analyst to support a 24X7 operation in the Durham, NC market. This specific client operation supports a multiple technology platform environment monitoring Enterprise LAN/WAN network around the Globe. The openings are for 2^nd , 3^rd and weekend swing shifts.

Minimum Requirements: This selected candidate must have at least 3 years of direct Operations based support experience within a Telecommunications/NOC environment. Also, strong communication skills (very important to have the vernacular to troubleshoot small and large-scale problems with national and international clients).

Must Have Requirements: Advanced troubleshooting skills within Enterprise environments utilizing WAN/LAN, Virtual Networks and various Cisco products. Candidates should have strong fault isolation and switch skills.
